About the event

In light of the ongoing human and civil rights violations resulting from the Trump administration's mass deportation campaign, speakers discuss about Catholics can promote ethical rules and practices governing immigration enforcement in the nation.

Topics include Catholic teaching on mass deportations; a statistical analysis of persons who have been removed under the deportation campaign; a proposed public policy agenda on ethical immigration enforcement; and how Catholics and others of good will can stand in solidarity with vulnerable immigrant populations.
